Resilience is what gets us back on our feet

Communities of resilience‘ is an experimental space of live group support and inspiration during times when we search for tools to muster courage to find a new way forward, or to strengthen our core to handle the chaos around us. This is especially significant in these rapidly changing times of concern in our human evolution.

what participants had to say

One of my big challenges was to get on Zoom and learn the technology (even to be on camera!) I so appreciated the option to share anonymously or to be openly conversing. It helped me to be more honest with myself and accepting. Found the workshop very informative and engaging. The facilitators were efficient, responsive, warm and genuine. It has changed my perspective and given me tools and skills to handle my challenges and anxieties differently. I feel more confident with who I am as a result.

I found the 'Changing the Conversation about Life & Death' series to be thought-provoking, engaging, reaffirming and practical. The facilitators were welcoming, knowledgeable, respectful, and accommodating. Over each session, students were nurtured to develop their own practical, personalized resource manual regarding their wishes related to their death. What a gift to loved ones who wonder how to manage the person's final stage of life! I'd highly recommend this course especially to all older individuals.
