Trauma resilience

Uncertainty and change translates into stress and anxieties

This series provides us tools to understand and navigate the emotional ups and downs that come with uncertainty and anxiety. More than ever we need skills to calm the nervous system.

Recognizing and understanding what happens physically and emotionally when we are triggered into unresolved trauma fractures within, is helpful. We are aware and build capacities to act differently in those moments.

Consider these most basic HUMAN RIGHTS:

  1. to be   2. to become   3. to belong

Any interuption  can create ‘trauma’ or sustain ‘past trauma’.  Tools of reflection, integration and entrainment help us to move forward into this emerging moment.

Self-regulation is essential to access mindful decision making to meet daily challenges . At the end of the day it is joy that makes life worth while! But under constant stress, we would not notice joy, even if it blinded us.

Self and co-regulation tools act as an anchor and are vital to navigate our way in times of overwhelming challenges.
Join our ‘practical’ experiment to transform these into opportunities. “😉”

note: these are skill building sessions and they do not replace therapy for complex issues.
